‘Transforming Food Systems after COVID-19’ is both a big challenge and the title of the Washington, DC-based International Food Policy Research Institute’s (IFPRI) latest 124 page report. Here, John McDermott, who has directed the CGIAR Research Programme on Agriculture for Nutrition and Health at IFPRI in for the past 10 years, explains some of the key findings.
